Stim cu totii ca in Romania sunt mai multi avocati decat clienti :) . De fapt numai cine nu a vrut, nu a facut o facultate de drept in Romania. De aceea astazi va prezentam:

GUGU AVOCAT IN ROMANIA – probabil fapte reale

AVOCATUL : Aceasta astenie grava va afecteaza memoria ?
MARTORUL : Da
AVOCATUL : In ce fel va afecteaza memoria ?
MARTORUL : Uit
AVOCATUL : Uitati ? Ne puteti da un exemplu de ceva pe care l-ati uitat ?
……………………………………

AVOCATUL : Doctore, e adevarat ca daca o persoana moare in somn, el

MARTORUL : Are 20 , cam ca si IQ-ul dumneavoastra

When I wrote about the Google Pacman Logo earlier today, my intention was to provide a place that allowed you to play Pacman for free online. So I embeded the Pacman game, and all was well. What I didn’t realize until that point was that when I went to Google.com to grab the image of the Google Pacman logo, I started to hear the Pacman game start playing.

At first I was confused as to where the Pacman game was playing. Perhaps I had started Pacman on a different tab somewhere. But I went through all of the tabs and nope – Pacman wasn’t running. But I failed to realize was that Pacman was actually running in the Google Logo.

Play Pacman on the Google Logo

Here’s how you play Pacman on the Google logo:

1) Simply go to Google.com

2) Wait about 5 seconds and suddenly the Pacman game will start up

3) You are now playing Pacman on the Google logo with the Pacman maze actually weaving around the Google logo.

And that’s it – once the game starts, you are now literally playing Pacman inside the Google logo. It’s really quite amazing, and this is clearly the first Google logo that is interactive.

Google celebrates Pacman’s 30th birthday (anniversary)

The reason for the Google Pacman logo is that Google is celebrating Pacman’s 30th anniversary. It’s really hard to believe that Pacman came out when I was…. (sorry, I’ll refrain from revealing my age here).

But I guess I don’t remember the first versions of Pacman. My memory of Pacman picks up around the Atari version.

What about you?

When do you first remember playing Pacman?

Have you played Pacman on Google’s logo yet?

1) I want to buy AE86 but is it worth it?
2) Is it a good tuner carfor street racing?
3) Which one is better Honda civic eg6 or ae86?

Thanks

The AE86 is a classic. It is older so parts will be harder to come by and certain ones will be more expensive. The rear wheel drive setup makes it great for drifting; however, the eg6 is more practical.

The Civic would be better for a racing application. You can get a great deal of horsepower with the right setup. You can go all motor, and beef up the internals, you can bolt on a turbo, you can go VTEC, or you could do a head swap (minime, frankenstein, etc.). There are many aftermarket parts available for Honda motors and pricing isn’t too bad. A lot of people tune Hondas, so used parts are readily available, as well.

I would decide what you want to do and then research what you’re going to have to do to accomplish that. That would be my starting point.

And don’t worry about calling the car an AE86 or by it’s chassis. That’s completely fine with cars. 240sx is an S13, RX-7 is FC3S and there are many others.

1. The AE86 is a chassis, not a car. So you’re asking about buying a chassis? Or, if you’re trying to refer to the car by the chassis, do you also call people by the type of skeleton they have? Or call houses “large wooden framing”?

If not, consider how ridiculous it also sounds to refer to a vehicle by just it’s internal structure.

2. No production vehicle is a good car for tuning. Tuning means you are adjusting the settings of something, for optimal performance. For example, on a 16 setting suspension, you’d drive around a whole lot, adjusting the settings, until you find the best.

Stock suspension has no settings you can change. In fact, there’s basically nothing on a stock car, that can be “tuned”.

Now, if you want to just buy parts for the car, that’s modifying. Any idiot can do that. Doesn’t mean anything about the car has been tuned. Just swapped out.

3. Again, you’re comparing a Honda chassis, to a Toyota chassis. Compare cars, next time.

Also, “better” is subjective. Better at WHAT? Fuel economy? Insurance costs? Storage space? Driver visibility?

1) Sure, if you want to pay $5000 or more. Prices have gone up because of the “hype” surrounding drifting. Otherwise, I would spend NOT that much money on a 20+ year old car, as you’ll have to spend money to fix other issues because the car is that old.

2) NO, street racing is illegal.

3) in your case, get the Honda.

Vipassan… WTF are you talking about?

If you want to race your car.. on a track.. on the street whatever seriously competitively get the AE86. It’s RWD which automatically makes it better then the civic. However if you want a daily driver/quick car, go with the civic.

I heard she was killed in a car accident? Is this really true?

Nope – just some idiot putting yet more false information up on wikipedia.

No, it is a rumor

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Emma Watson is the latest celebrity to become the subject of death rumors on the Web.

On Friday, rumors began circulating that Watson had died overnight in an auto accident.

However, the 19-year-old "Harry Potter" star is more than alive and well. In fact, Watson revealed earlier this week that she will be attending Brown University in the fall. The actress visited the prestigious Ivy League school last fall. She was also said to be considering Yale and Columbia.

"I've got a place there to read literature," Watson told Paste Magazine of her decision to attend Brown.

While Watson plans to bury herself in her studies, she does plan to continue working whenever she is out on break. Of course, she also realizes that studying means she'll always be reminded of her Hermione Granger character in the hit "Potter" series.

"It sounds so geeky, but I really do like studying and reading, and if I'm not working on 'Harry Potter,' then my greatest relaxation is to sit with a book," she says. "That's how I escape stress—in literature. I always have several books on the go at any one moment, so it's no good you asking 'What’s on the bedside table at the moment, Emma?' because often I can't even see the table! I think that all that reading is just about the only similarity I have with Hermione, if you ask me."

Yes I believe so, I just heard about it. This is from Digg, will probably run on the Beeb in about half an hour.

On July 24, 2009, Watson was en route to her mansion in Oxfordshire, England. Police footage captured her driving with speeds up to 80 miles per hour on very narrow roads. Oxfordshire paramedics received a 999 call at 12:22 p.m. (GMT), about an sportcar having crashed into a wall at a petrol station. At this point it was still unknown that the victim was indeed Emma Watson. Three minutes after the call got through, paramedics arrived at Watson's location. She was reportedly not breathing and the car was total loss. After 5 minutes the Oxfordshire Fire Department managed to get Watson out of her car. Resuscitation efforts continued en route to the Oxfordshire's Medical Center, and for an hour after arriving there at 1:45 p.m. (GMT). She was pronounced dead at 2:10 p.m. (GMT).

So sad :[
RIP

WEST HOLLYWOOD — 19 year old Emma Watson was confirmed dead early this morning after being struck by a suspected drunk driver while riding home from a BAFTA screening of her latest movie.

Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, said that "…it was a very sad way to pass. As no foul play is suspected, there are no plans for an autopsy."

L.A. County Fire officials announced that Watson was pronounced on scene, before being transported to nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Staying only a few blocks away from where the BAFTA screening occurred, Watson's vehicle was stricken by a drunk driver running a red light, crashing into the passenger side of the vehicle. She was reported to be not wearing her seatbelt and was ejected on impact.

So far no statement has been made by Warner Brothers.

Jay Barrymore, Watson's boyfriend, was in the back seat of the car when they were struck. He is listed as in stable condition.

An anonymous source states, "We all saw it. She had been inside answering questions on a panel, and then she was one of the first ones to leave. All of us were walking out with the rest of the actors when we heard the crash down the block. We didn't think anything of it until we heard Jay screaming."

"Anyone with information about the crash is encouraged to contact the L.A. County Sheriff's Office. Witnesses have reported that the vehicle striking Watson's car had two male occupants; a Caucasian driver and Hispanic passenger. They were last seen driving east on Beverly Boulevard in a dark colored truck."

Actually, it is more then likely true at this point. Congratulations – it isn't on any news sites (YET)… I don't think this is a lie at all… the first stage of grief is denial, and it is obvious that alot of the people saying it isnt true are in this stage.. therefore you cannot trust them.. Emma Watson has passed RIP… sooner you realize, the sooner you can honor her memory.

FAKE NEWS!

4Chan users with little to no life are making those rumors. Those like to refer to them self as anon, /b/rothers etc. They are posting those fake news on youtube, wikipedia, digg and so on.

Quote from 4chan:

"Englishfag 07/24/09(Fri)11:17:03 No.148330860
>Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, and Romania is where the new Harry Potter film is premiering today, to add details. They'd probably be in Poland.

New dilemma, guys: we could always remove the 'premiere' part itself. If you think about it, it isn't that intrinsic to the story.

As to why she's driving that late… party. A party. It's the most simple, the most obvious. She was driving home from a friend's birthday party, and her car collided with two drunks. Nice and simple, takes place in England, no mess-ups.

We've got to keep this believable, after all."

See source as long as it lasts. In addition to the above, my answer will most likely get down-rated by 4chan users.

I got quite a shock when I read your question, so I went hunting around to see if it was true and I am glad to say it is not. There is nothing on the news, so as far as I know she is alive and well.

yes. sadly enough it is true, she was involved in a car crash just recently, however, the details wont be officially released until later won't be released until later.

I doubt it, because it would be ALL OVER the internet and tv because of the last movie.

If she is, it seriously sucks.

Then again, I doubt she is.

Go to her official website. That information there is never false.

http://www.emmawatsonofficial.com/

In other words, no, it is a terrible hoax.

Yes she did unfortunately. Details are still forthcoming but she was involved in a high speed accident.

Nope not true at all

No way.

I can't find anything about Emma's death from any news media.

U think Emma Watson is worthless actress even her death doesn't become generally known?

I'm sorry, but she DID die in a car crash I'm afraid. She's most likely in hospital and won't release any further information for maybe an hour or two. This all just happened.

http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ie=UTF…

NO

no it would be EVERYWHERE if she did, either wrong emma watson or someone making up fake rumours

Omg I just heard it on the radio, I gues it is!

Terrible WTF, RIP EMMA

There's a few early reports but no one's really covered it yet.

Nope this is not true. If it was it would be on the news which its not.

Of course not. People make all this stuff up cos they dont have lives.

to be honest i think its just a hoax. as other people are saying, it would be all over the news if she was dead

nope she is still alive from what i hear. and if she was dead it would be all over the news and everywhere.

Pretty sure she had died .

RIP :(

no why is everyone saying this ???

nope

Yes I'm afraid she was killed in a car crash

R.I.P. Emma

RIP he and all those that died there…

yes, how awful

No but now I do thanks. Wow that's sad.
What happens now? Like who runs a country if their prime minister passes away?

He had his wife with him also!

He was not the only one who died! His wife and several members of the parliament died too…
What a tragedy for Poland… ):
7 days of mourning, sigh…
RIP

No I did not.

I love you XD

You actually care. :)

yes i do. no one srvived. i read it in yahoo

Oh, i didnt know, R.I.P

Yes…awful

Increased air temperature decreases air density or air pressure. Picture in your mind air molecules in the atmosphere. When it is cold out these molecules are very close together and when it is hot out they are further apart. The effect of this pressure difference caused by temperature is called density altitude.

One very hot days when you listen to an airports AWOS/ASOS or ATIS the density altitude is given a form of an altitude in feet. AS an example if you hear density altitude 2000ft, this means that at airport elevation whatever the elevation is, the hot air will act on the airplane as if it is flying at 2000ft.

Now, what does this mean to a pilot? Well, as you may know the higher an airplane is in the sky the less dense the air is. Less dense air affects airplanes because there is less mass (molecules) for the airfoils (propeller, wing, horizontal stablizer) to work with (the propeller and wing take 'less of a bite' out of the air). Increased temperature will most effect climb performance and engine output. This is why it is very important a pilot know the density altitude when on approach or landing. In both phases of flight a pilot can expect a higher ground speed at the same airspeed which results in a longer takeoff roll and landing roll-out.

To be aware of this phenomenon, while important for all pilots in all areas, is most critical at airports of high elevation. Pilot's in the western states (Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado for example) may take off from an airport with a elevation of already 3,000 to 6,000ft. Couple that with a high denisty altitude and you may be pushing a small airplane's limits to operate.

Hope that gave you some insight!

Aircraft taking off in hot climates need a longer takeoff roll because hot air is less dense, so the plane needs more speed to lift off the ground. The engines need to work harder too in order to produce the same amount of thrust as it would in a normal temperature because of the thin air.

I am currently finishing my a-levels now and i know i want to become a Airline Pilot.
I am doing my PPL at the moment. I've been looking at uni's and they really don't interest me.

I have got a brochure on the academy and cost prices. Its roughly around £80,000. My mum is willing to pay for it and she doesn't want me going to america for cheaper training.

Has anyone been there?
Experience good?
what age were you? il be about 18yrs old when going next yr.
Any other schools you recommend?

Like someone else said, these big schools are out to make a buck and for the most part don't really care what kind of pilots they turn out.

Oxford does some of their flight training in Arizona, US. They have a pretty nice fleet of aircraft and their own private airport south of Phoenix. It is in the middle of nowhere, but It looked to be very well kept up and they had a few different instrument approaches into it. Very nice.

The problem with having top of the line aircraft (that are far beyond what is needed for training) and a private airport is all that stuff costs money. And lots of it. It is coming from the students who are paying more than they need to under the impression that it is helping them become a better pilot. While flying more complex, high performance airplanes is one way to get better, it alone does not make a better pilot.

If you want to do your flight training, do come to the US. You can save a lot of money over here. Look for a small school, if they have more than 10 airplanes, that is a good indication that you don't want to be there. You should get a feeling from talking to them on the phone or when you visit bout what they want to turn you into. If they say they can get you through at the minimums, stop. You don't want that. If they say they can get you hired on with an airline, that is probably not the place to be either. If they say they have a spotless safety record, and focus on teaching the basics of how to fly rather than focusing on getting you in and out quickly, that is a good sign. Whatever you do, do all the research you can do, and then do some more. You'll spend a lot of money, make sure it doesn't go to waste.

As far as i remember, you do all your ground exams in Oxford but all your flight training takes place in Orlando Florida so make sure you know exactly what goes on in the course.
Secondly, Oxford is a good school from what i heard ( i was thinking about joining this academy..still deciding on the place) but there are other schools to choose from too…you can also join Cabair instead…then there's FTE in spain which is really good too…there are much more but i cant remember them at the moment.
Compare all these schools together and see which one you think is best for yourself.

Mummy's paying for training?

Wow you do have it good.

OAA is the best aviation Academy in the UK offering the quickest but most effective way of gaining your frozen ATPL via the intergrated route.

Your in a unique position since most don't get the oportunity to find those funds. So be bloody greatful, don't be fussy and apply if you wish.

Most airlines would favour training which has been undertaken in England or Scotland. This is because of the invariable, inclement weather which these countries have. It proves you have been able to fly in all weathers, as well as proving your flight planning, weather contingency planning etc.

im not trying to be mean to these types of schools but for that much money you need to be aware of games some of these schools play. i would say go to a university, it may not be fun but without a degree you wont be able to fly for the airlines you will be able to fly for the regionals though. anyway check out this website!! so you can make a informed decision. http://www.jetuniversitysucks.com
